Your membership
G1 At Home costs $19.99 USD per person per month. It includes our starter workout library and new home-adapted G1 sessions as they are published, exercise instructions, and equipment alternatives. New sessions are posted individually; a full week is not necessarily available in advance. Individual coaching, personalized programming, gym access, and the CoachOS business toolkit are not included.
Payments and access
Square charges the first payment when you subscribe and renews the subscription automatically each month until canceled. Review Square’s final charge and renewal terms before paying. Sign in with ChatGPT and use the same email at Square checkout. Membership access is granted after Square confirms a paid subscription. We do not collect or store card details.
If access hasn’t activated after a few minutes, email g1elitefitness@gmail.com with your receipt reference and account email. Please don’t pay again or send card details.
Cancel before your next renewal
Use the subscription-management option in your Square confirmation if available, or email g1elitefitness@gmail.com from your membership email before your next renewal. Access remains available through the period already paid for. Canceling prevents future renewals; it does not automatically refund a completed payment.
Refunds and support
You may request a refund within seven days of your first membership payment. Email g1elitefitness@gmail.com. Duplicate or incorrect charges are reviewed individually. We aim to reply within two business days.
Training and personal use
These are general fitness workouts for self-guided training. Choose suitable movements and loads for your experience, space, and equipment. They do not include individualized assessment or medical advice. Membership is for your personal use; do not resell the workouts or share account access.
Your information
We use your account identifier, email, Square subscription and invoice references, membership type, billing status, and access dates to provide the service. For data requests and details about processing, see our privacy policy.
