Open this site in your phone’s browser, sign in if asked, then follow the steps below. Installation may be unavailable inside another app’s built-in browser.

IPHONE / IPAD

Add with Safari

  1. Open this page in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen. You may need to scroll through the actions.
  4. If shown, turn on Open as Web App, then tap Add.
  5. Open G1 CoachOS from your home screen.
ANDROID

Add with Chrome

  1. Open this page in Chrome.
  2. Use Install G1 CoachOS above when it appears, or open Chrome’s menu.
  3. Select Install app or Add to Home screen.
  4. Confirm, then open G1 CoachOS from your home screen.

One account, in both places.

If the installed app asks you to sign in again, choose the same ChatGPT account you use on the website. Your saved plans are linked to that account. Installation does not grant access to a private site or start a subscription.

Keep an internet connection to load and save plans. The timer needs to remain on screen; it does not run as a background phone alarm. CoachOS does not download your private plans for offline storage.
