From session to floor.
Start with one class. Adapt it to your equipment, brief your coach, and see whether the planning feels easier.
Choose a sessionMatch the plan to your class
Open a session from the library. Filter by format or available equipment. The displayed time is the main set; allow another 6 minutes for the warm-up and 4 for the cooldown, plus your demonstration time.
Plan for the people and equipment you have
Set the gym name, class date, athlete count, rounds, work, and rest. For a station circuit, divide athletes by stations and round up to find the maximum people at each station. An 18-person, five-station class needs up to four working positions at each station. Check actual implement quantities, carry lanes, and safe spacing.
Make the coach brief your own
Select Edit movements to change a movement, dose, cue, or regression. Recheck equipment needs after every substitution. For AMRAPs, provide individual equipment positions or deliberately redesign the flow; the station headcount calculation does not apply. Have the supervising coach review suitability and load.
Save, print, and brief
Sign in with ChatGPT to save the class to My plans. Save plan creates a new saved copy; it does not overwrite a previous plan. Use Station cards to print the brief and one card per station, or Copy brief to share with your coaching team.
Use the visual timer
Open the saved plan, start the timer, and keep the screen awake and visible. The timer has no audio. Demonstrate first; use the listed rest for recovery or transitions. Coach quality before pace.
Record what changed
After class, note planning minutes, setup changes, equipment bottlenecks, and anything unclear. Compare with your usual planning time for a similar class. Report problems to g1elitefitness@gmail.com without athlete health details.
